PACIFIC, Missouri (February 3, 2009) – Lowell Manufacturing announces additions to its sales and marketing team as the company looks towards future growth. New internal staff and sales representative firms will better position the company in the custom installation AV market.

Tom Lowell joined the company as residential sales manager to lead the custom installation sales initiative. Lowell brings experience in manufacturing management, as well as a clear understanding of the company’s history in designing and developing innovative products. "This is a great opportunity," said Lowell, "we see tremendous potential for quality racks and power protection in the residential market." Lowell will work with a select group of sales representatives to bring the company’s broad product mix to the residential market. Centennial Marketing (based in Colorado), EMI Integrated Systems (Michigan), IL & C (Florida), and Pacific Rim NW Marketing (based in Washington State) will represent Lowell products in their respective regions. These firms have a considerable knowledge base and years of experience in custom installation systems.

As the new Marketing Communications Manager, Kathleen Lane will spearhead the development of communication programs at Lowell. Lane’s background in marketing commercial products and consumer packaged goods reflects a high level of experience in producing collateral to support a wide variety of products. "There are so many ways to present information today," said Lane, "it’s important we use the right formats to make information retrieval easy for our customers."

Lowell Manufacturing Company designs and develops a broad mix of racks, power and audio products.
