CheckMate Time and Attendance is a subset of JobData Job Costing Software. It is a low-cost way to track your employees’ hours, and can be used independently of the job costing function.



The software is designed to be easy and efficient to use with features that avoid the long lines that can collect as employees attempt to scan “in and out”. For example, break times and lunch hours can be pre-set so that the employee need not scan out/in. As all CheckMate programs, the Time and Attendance software is flexible and user-configurable. If you want to track the labor hours to a job or department, the employee need only scan “into” the job or department – CheckMate will automatically clock the employee “out of” the previous job or department.



CheckMate Time and Attendance data can be exported to an excel spreadsheet and emailed to the payroll department. Many reports are available, and custom queries may be designed by the user.
