CheckMate Toolroom tracks 3 classes of tools: Class
A (tracked individually—typically serialized equipment); Class B (bulk tools such as screwdrivers or hoses); Class C consumables (which will not be checked back in such as gloves, masks and construction materials).
Build a “set” of equipment and accessories into one item for checkout using the Kitting feature. For example, your kit could consist of a blower and it’s hoses, connectors and any other accessories; or it could be the sum of the tools and equipment that is assigned to a van. Check out the kit with

The Maintenance Scheduler provides reminders of necessary dates for scheduled service, and keeps a history of the maintenance and repair of items including blowers, fans, water pumps and vehicles. Attach a photo and a digital copies of the manuals; and hyperlink to more extensive files or information.
CheckMate allows you to label the fields in the program with your own
terminology. You can assign a description to the tool using your own unique phrases, and keep more detailed information, such as model number and serial number.
